Project Leader Lessons Learned

This part of my web site is dedicated to the lessons I have learned as a project leader. I have been a project leader (or task leader) at four different companies (between 1984 and 2002). During that time I have lead teams ranging in size from 3 to 60 software engineers.

I would also highly recommend spending the money on a Palm Pilot (I have a Palm IIIx) to help you as a project leader. With a Palm Pilot it is possible to keep your schedule, important documents, appointments and memos with you at all times. Check out my Palm Pilot links for more information.
